What are the best ways to lose weight?
You are probably sick and tired of hearing about the latest diet craze ...How I lost 7 lbs

Lose weight without cutting out your favourite foods...blah blah blah.
Well so am I, so let’s go back to basics shall we.
I'm going to share some of my own experiences with you, having had a life
long struggle maintaining a healthy weight. And now being in my forties I’m finally
reaching my goal to finding the solution to my woes.
Let’s be honest with ourselves for a minute, we all know if we consume more calories
than we burn we will gain weight..fact!
But with all the lovely different types of food we have these days how do we resist the temptation ?
What I have found is you can have that cream cake if only you learn a little bit
of portion control first !
So what are the best ways to lose weight?
The first thing I did was to swap my dinner plate for a side order plate , This had a big impact on me; it’s all too easy to pile food on your plate without giving it a second thought.
I found that after doing this for about week I realised just how much I had been overeating and I then could revert back to my dinner plate once again.
Because our brains send us subliminal messages constantly You can trick the brain
Into thinking you have more food on the plate than you actually do have
